Daryl Johnson – was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland until about the age of 6, then was shipped off to rural Fredericksburg, Virginia to be raised by my gangster of a grandmother until he graduated High School. You might say a black kid growing up in the south in the 80s had only a few options, be really good at sports, sing really well or be super funny. He figured he better entertain these white people, or I might find myself being chased through the woods by a group of mormon rednecks. Since he’s not built like LeBron James and his vocals favor Vanilli more then Milli, being funny was his ticket out of slav…err I mean out of Virginia.

Daryl is an Actor/Screenwriter based out of Los Angeles, who has garnered most of his notoriety through hilarious commercials i.e. Bacardi Gold and The Ladders and with a stint on the recently revamped version of MTV’s Punk’d. He is also the co-creator of the award winning web series Friends in Therapy with Joe Towne which has garnered a lot of attention. He is currently writing a few projects including a comedy feature, a pilot based on the award winning web series Friends in Therapy and an Animated comedy series.  He is repped by UTA and managed by Haven Entertainment, for more information please visit: www.darylj.com
